Price Rite Marketplace now accepts EBT SNAP benefits via Instacart
KEASBEY, NJ and SAN FRANCISCO – Price Rite Marketplace and Instacart, North America’s leading online grocery platform, today announced that all Price Rite stores are now accepting the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance by Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) program SNAP) as online payment for groceries via Instacart. EBT SNAP will be accepted for Price Rite Marketplace orders placed through Instacart and Price Rite’s own online storefront, powered by Instacart.
Customers eligible for EBT SNAP benefits can now use their funds when shopping online at Price Rite Marketplace stores on Instacart’s website and mobile app from all 60 locations in Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, from New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Rhode. Isle.

To subsidize EBT SNAP participant costs, Instacart will waive delivery and pickup fees on all EBT SNAP orders through March 31, 2022 for customers using a valid EBT card associated with their Instacart account as part of their purchase. Instacart’s EBT SNAP program currently reaches over 25 million food-insecure people nationwide.
