Marriott International presents Mood Diets 2.0 menu
The menu will have a vegan touch to all dishes, made from natural and plant-based dishes
This year, Marriott International is increasing the nutrient needs of its customers even further with the introduction of Mood Diets 2.0, with a vegan touch to all dishes, prepared from natural and plant-based dishes.
The new menu will be co-created by crowdsourcing authentic recipes through a competition that will be held in 15 cities. Recipes should be vegan, simple and hassle-free preparations using one or more of the 10 organic ingredients pre-selected by the master chefs. The three best recipes will be featured in the next Mood Diets 2.0 menu which will be presented by the end of the year.
âOur first installment of ‘Mood Diets’ as part of our Marriott Bonvoy on Wheels delivery platform was very well received and very successful in most of our hotels. Based on the positive feedback we have received from our guests, we have decided to present Mood Diets 2.0 with more changes and innovations. With sustainability becoming an integral part of our lifestyle choices and a high priority for us as an organization, the intention was to create a new diet that is uplifting and committed to creating the right kind of mood for our people. clients. Mood Diets 2.0 not only showcases the culinary expertise of our chefs, but it also reinforces our commitment to continue to provide customers and clients with unique and innovative dining offerings, âsaid Khushnooma Kapadia, Senior Regional Marketing Director – South Asia, Marriott International.
