The term “organic” refers to the cultivation and processing methods used to produce agricultural products. Natural crops in the United States must be grown without the use of agrochemicals, pesticides or chemical fertilizers, as well as bioartificial genes. Although standards differ by country, natural crops in the United States must be grown without the use of synthetic herbicides, pesticides, or fertilizers, as well as bio-engineered (GMO) genes.
Organic meat, eggs, and dairy should be raised in environments that allow them to display natural behaviors (such as being allowed to graze on pasture) and fed organic foods and forages. Antibiotics, growth hormones and animal by-products are not permitted.
Here’s what you should include in your diet.

To help lower cholesterol levels, 25 grams of soy protein per day is recommended as part of a low-fat diet. Tofu, soy milk, edamame beans, tempeh, and textured vegetable protein are good options.
4. Flax seeds
Each day, add 1-2 tablespoons of ground flaxseeds or other seeds to your diet, or a reasonable amount of nuts (about 1/4 cup) to your diet.
5. Organic yogurt
Men and women between the ages of 19 and 50 need 1000 milligrams of calcium daily, while those over 50 need 1200 milligrams. Calcium-rich foods, such as fat-free or low-fat dairy products, should be eaten three to four times a day. There should be organic options available.
