Be Precious, Authentic Japanese Flavors in Timperley

Be Precious is a concept café inspired by the idea of the 5 elements.

Opening its doors at Christmas 2021, be precious was founded by a digital artist and Japanese food lover, John Wang and the Chef of the restaurant, mandy.

The restaurant is inspired by the five elements – metal, water, wood, fire and earth and bases its menu and its entire concept around these, with the logo also inspired by the hexagram (on 64) of I-Ching, book of change. In this auspicious hexagram of connection, heaven and earth enjoy communion – their energy connecting, much like the mood in Be Precious.

Be Precious specializes in a superb selection of Bubble teas, bubble waffles and authentic japanese foodall made without artificial flavors or colors.

Their teas are made with only loose leaf tea, fresh organic milk and fresh fruit and the waffles contain no waffle mix powder, no custard powder and no custard powder.

They have Japanese rice boxes garnished with various meats and vegetables, as well as Sushi with salmon and pork and a vegetarian option of cucumber and avocado. Their Gyozas are to die for too and come with shrimp, beef, chicken or vegetables.

They also introduced the popular Japanese dessert ‘Cream puffs‘ on their menu. The original secret recipe is learned from a Japanese chef and the dish is completely homemade.

They will be available from Be Precious from early March and you can get a range of flavors including Strawberry cream puff pastrywith yoghurt, strawberry jelly and fresh strawberries and the 5-Element Cream Puff Slice which will include vanilla, chocolate, matcha and caramel.
