This Friday, two notorious chefs, demon chef Alvin Leung and Master Chef Canada winner Eric Chong, will collaborate for a rare four-handed culinary experience. For one night only, the duo will present a selection of unorthodox Asian dishes exclusively selected for the evening. Customers can expect a fixed five-course menu with pass-arounds like Laksa tuna tartar and appetizers such as sspicy scallop siu mai and slamb atay spiducci.
